Teens and adolescents seeking help managing emotional distress, building/maintaining effective relationships, impulsivity, coping related issues like depression, anxiety, substance abuse and/or borderline personality disorder are great candidates for this group! The general format, and similar structure include - Mindfulness, Here and Now Check In, Diary Card, Practice Review, Skills Training & other Exercises.
