Humanizing our Heroes: Managing Life as a Civilian

A support group for Police Officers. This group is designed to create a safe environment that promotes well-being, emotional health and mindfulness. Together we can journey into the things that are left unsaid and explore health coping skills that will help bring balance between the heron and the human being behind the badge. Group is facilitated by Fatima Dahab and Briana Belcher.
