“How to Be an Adult” is a therapy group intended for young people in the phase of life that, for many, comes between the ages of about 17 to 20 - roughly, the end of the high school period and into whatever is next. The central belief of the group is knowing and trusting who we are is at the center of designing an authentic and meaningful life for ourselves. As such, it aims to help participants ground in personal values and strengths as they take on increasing independence and the responsibilities that come with it.
