Horses & Healers

Join us for Horses & Healers, an experiential equine-assisted wellness and professional development event for helping professionals in Novato. Designed for therapists, medical providers, educators, coaches, and others in healing-centered professions, this ground-based experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore burnout, boundaries, nervous system awareness, and authentic presence through guided interactions with horses. No riding or horse experience is required. The day also offers opportunities for reflection, meaningful cross-disciplinary connection, and restoration in a supportive natural setting. Multiple pricing options and scholarships are available.

Hanging with Horses: Tweens & Middle School
This is a four-week, screen-free experiential series supporting early adolescents through connection, confidence, and emotional regulation in a natural equine setting. During the middle school years, when peer dynamics, academic pressure, and identity formation intensify, youth benefit from embodied experiences that build resilience. Through guided interaction with horses, participants practice mindfulness, communication, boundaries, and self-awareness. Horses offer immediate, nonjudgmental feedback, helping teens notice how their internal state shapes relationships. This strengths-based group fosters self-efficacy, empathy, and leadership skills in a supportive peer environment rooted in presence and authentic connection.
