Hope After Trauma

This is a diverse virtual group for those identifying as female who have experienced trauma. The group is focused on how to cope today with previous trauma. We use elements of IFS, mindfulness, and interpersonal strategies. We meet on alternate Fridays from 11:30-1:00. We focus on such topics as boundaries, relationships, trust of self and others, managing symptoms (anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, etc.), communication, and self-advocacy. We do not compare pain. Everyone needs a place to feel safe and understood, and we try to make this group just such a place. Contact me if you are interested!
