It's easy to embrace life when all is going well. It’s more of a challenge when you’re feeling stressed, hurt, doubtful, afraid, angry, and/or ashamed. Don't lose hope. Life's difficulties can become the fertile ground for discovery, transformation, healing and freedom in our lives, instead of being a source of struggle & suffering.
