Holy Hurt: Religious Trauma Healing Group

This is an ongoing open support group for those that have experienced religious trauma. This group creates a space where people can name harm, honor questions, and explore healing without pressure to forgive, return to faith, or defend religion. We explore: religious trauma and spiritual abuse. Shame, fear, and nervous system responses. Power dynamics in faith communities, and Healing after certainty collapses. This is a slow, emotionally safe, non-defensive space for honest conversation and a return to self empowerment and inner authority. The group is offered on a love offering basis - pay what you can. Meeting every 1st Thursday of the month.
