Holistic Herbalism Psychotherapy Group

This virtual group will be part therapy process group and part herbalism education group. Members will meet weekly to discuss current challenges and goals, and learn about correlating plants and plant practices to support those challenges. As both a therapist and an herbalist, I know these practices have incredible alchemy when paired together. Group members will: learn about the Wise Woman approach to healing; build a foundational knowledge of holistic herbalism practices and how to build a personal apothecary; get to know 10+ individual plants in depth, curated to the group’s needs and interests; cultivate a personalized herbalism practice.
