This is for peeps who feel alone on their healing journey and craving connection and community. Let's come together, learn about the body, mind, soul connection, support each other, share our life and swap favorite recipes. We all know that isolating at home and trying to figure it all out by ourselves is overrated and doesn't always work. It's more fun to struggle and succeed with other like minded humans.
