Hold Me Tight® Couples Workshops

Do you and your partner struggle to communicate and connect? Our Hold Me Tight® workshops, based on Dr. Susan Johnson's empirically proven therapy model Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), present an emotionally focused, educational version of EFT, taught in a safe and supportive atmosphere. You and your partner will be guided through seven conversations that capture the defining moments in a love relationship, and will be instructed how to shape these moments into a secure and lasting bond.
