Grief Group
The level we grieve shows the depth of the loss. At times, we get stuck in part of the grief cycle, or we may feel completely alone and believe that no one understands. We start to feel that our grief may be a burden on others and/or friends/family members don't want to hear about our loss anymore. In this group we will come together to process the stages of grief utilizing mindfulness and other techniques that allows healing to begin. You are not alone. The ultimate girl talk provides a safe place for girls to grow and develop self love and self worth.
