This a virtual support group that is designed to identify challenges high school seniors are facing with COVID-19 pandemic such as the impact on their traditional milestones. The participants will be empowered to identify healthy coping strategies. The Support Groups will focus on identifying challenges and personal triggers, importance of mental and physical well being, and creating healthy boundaries and structure.
