This supportive online group helps participants: • Build emotional regulation skills • Reduce anxiety, avoidance, and emotional overwhelm • Feel supported by peers navigating similar experiences • Gain tools to approach family interactions/ court more confidently • We provide -Interactive activities and guided discussions • Coping and grounding techniques • Communication skill-building • A structured supportive environment
