Her Journey - Intensive Trauma Recovery Group
This VIRTUAL healing and trauma recovery group for women uses a combination of trauma-focused psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art therapy to provide an effective context to women on their journey toward healing from psychological trauma and PTSD. This trauma-informed group meets once a week for 8 weeks and focuses on emotion regulation, cognitive functioning, interpersonal relationships, social isolation and withdrawal, coping skills and thinking patterns, risk taking, self-regulation and self-control, guilt, shame, and hopelessness, grief, and other relevant topics.
