Therapists, nurses, doctors, teachers, pastors, caregivers, etc. This psychodynamic group has a here and now focus to provide support, increase self-knowledge, increase emotional awareness and expression, become more aware of how you impact others and others impact you. This group will likely meet after 5pm one evening weekly or early in the morning weekly, to make it easier for members to attend.
