Held: Working Moms Support Group

Starting Thursday, July 9th, at 7:30 pm and running for 8 weeks. Mothers hold so much. This is a space to be held in resonance with fellow working mothers. This therapeutic group provides support for women navigating the demands of career, caregiving, relationships, and selfhood. No matter the phase of motherhood, you deserve connection, reflection, and practical tools for managing overwhelm, reducing isolation, and reconnecting with your own needs alongside the many roles you carry.
