Heartwork Counseling & Consulting

Heart work simply involves combining your mind and emotions to think in a way that builds honesty. When I can logically and emotionally understand things, I am not swayed to believe there is only one answer. Allowing space for multiple outcomes in your day to day life can result in no longer feeling stuck or caged in. You can and will be so much more than you could ever imagine by allowing yourself to be free from others expectations.
