Our Heartstrings Healing teen group offers a safe space for those aged 14 to 18 to connect with others who understand their pain. Our sessions help you express your emotions, explore your struggles, and find solace through art, writing, and other creative outlets. You are not alone - together, we can navigate this journey toward hope and harmony.
