Healthy Masculinity Group

This group is a process-oriented, time-limited experience in which 6-10 men will have facilitated discussions about common men's issues. This group will help men discuss and explore issues that affect their ability to connect with and support others, as well as manage common emotional experiences as a male. The experience of loneliness, grief, anger, and disconnection will be a central theme.
