Healthy Boundaries for Women

*Next Session Beginning March 2025* Learn to identify, find the language to set and maintain your boundaries in this 8-week workshop with other women who have all identified the need for healthy boundaries in their lives. Our group allows members to share their experiences as they learn and practicing boundaries in the areas of intimate partnerships, family relationships, friendships, work and social media. You’ll learn more about yourself, build boundary skills, and experience an intimate supportive group experience with other women.
