Health Anxiety Psychotherapy Group
A virtual group for adult clients who struggle with health-related worries (for themselves or others), experience anxiety that is disproportionate to their current physical health state, experience concerns about illness/death, or struggle to find balance with time/money spent on wellness behavior. Group details: ACT, exposure, CBT directives as well as some components of processing and social support. This is a closed 8 week group and clients are expected to attend weekly.
