GROUP STARTS JUNE 24TH, 2024. In this 6 week group for adult women, we will focus on healing your younger self through exploring different areas of growth. The areas addressed include forgiveness and releasing blame of both self & dysfunctional family, re-parenting your younger self, increasing self-love & self-confidence, incorporating mindfulness & healing your body, accepting all parts of you - including those needed for survival & how to let go of the parts that are hurting you, and creating support systems and a life you desire.
