Healing Together: Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Healing Together is a weekly, non-clinical support and education group for adults ages 18+ navigating grief, loss, trauma, domestic violence, and other significant life transitions. Meeting on Mondays at 3:00 PM and alternating between in-person and virtual sessions, the group provides a compassionate space to build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and reconnect with hope. Facilitated by an individual whose own journey through loss inspired a passion for helping others, participants receive education, encouragement, and peer support while exploring emotional wellness, healthy boundaries, self-care, and healing in a respectful and welcoming environment.

Arise & Renew Teen Prevention & Wellness Series
Thursday evenings at 5:30 PM, this series rotates between gender-specific and co-ed support groups for teens ages 14–18. Rising Strong serves young men, Empower Her serves young women, and United Voices brings all participants together on the last Thursday of each month. Through education, discussion, and peer support, participants explore substance use prevention, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, communication, leadership, coping skills, decision-making, and preparation for adulthood in a safe and supportive environment.

Recovery, Resilience & Reentry Support
Recovery, Resilience & Reentry Support is a weekly, non-clinical support and education group for adults ages 18+ seeking recovery, substance use prevention, and personal growth. The group meets on Mondays at 5:00 PM, alternating weekly between in-person and virtual sessions for added accessibility. Participants explore relapse prevention, emotional wellness, communication, healthy relationships, employment readiness, life skills, and successful community reintegration. Additional support is provided for individuals impacted by the justice system while welcoming any adult committed to building a healthier future through education, encouragement, practical skill development, and peer support.
