Healing Through Non-Ordinary States for Women

Welcome! If you have found yourself feeling stuck, stagnant or unable to move through depression, anxiety, old wounds, mood instability or life changes, this may be the group for you. This small, empowering, sixteen week group is designed for women seeking self-awareness and purposeful growth. We use Ketamine (if eligible) biweekly, and integrate between sessions. Discovery and transformational change are explored through discussion in a safe space with curiosity and compassion. We'll use art, movement and reflective listening to deepen self-understanding, and appreciation for each other's journey. Next group: August 10 - November 23, 2024
