Somatic Inner Child Group
This virtual workshop will guide you to identify wounds and learn what you need in order to self sooth and regulate when those wounds appear. The group will also focus on connecting to you inner child in fun ways which will require some outside homework (but it will be fun). The inner child healing work is immediate, though it takes constancy and commitment to your inner child. Once you decide to set aside time for your inner child and somatically connect with them, you will start the process of changing your world around you.
