About

I specialize in helping deep feelers and thinkers heal past wounds, generational trauma, belonging wounds, and break cycles that feel overwhelming so that you can live a life aligned with your passions, dreams and values. We will co-create a space together to work on a profound level so you can actualize your healing potential and experience the change and wellness you desire. If you value community impact and want to contribute to collective healing, we need to address our own wounds and patterns. It is possible to experience relief confidence and feel grounded and aligned in yourself, your relationships and life.
I provide a highly relational approach, utilizing a wide network of practices and techniques to individualize and maximize the process of growth. I incorporate tools and approaches involving the mind, body and spirit in order to deeply integrate the healing and change you desire. I often utilize trauma, inter-sectional, somatic, art, and depth approaches.
I work with neurodivergent people, people struggling with wounds of belonging, and/or are recovering from toxic institutions and systems. Many of my clients have not found success or support in their experiences with the mental health or wellness field. In 3 months you should expect to see progress and shifts towards the change you seek. Let's start!

Healing The Emotional Wounds from Caregivers

Did you have a caregiver who was not emotionally responsive, enmeshed, emotionally reactive or abusive? Do you struggle with feeling secure and healthy in your relationships or with self loathing? Healing is possible and it is best done together in community. This is a 12 week series to support Adults who are healing from core emotional wounds as a result of emotionally immature caregivers. We will support each other through processing, narrative, attachment, somatic and intersectional approaches and tools in order to have a healthier relationship with ourselves and others.

Group Supervision

Online supervision for LICSW Licensure, in both WA and OR. My experience surrounds clinical assessment, acute and system involved families, community based practice, family of origin and intergenerational trauma, and private practice. My approach tends to be very relational and draws on a host of practices including analytic, somatic, and narrative. In my practice I tend to focus on abolitionist values as well as relational and family of origin healing to support collective growth. Group times and days can be flexible.
