Healing Pathways Book Club
Healing Pathways Book Club is meant to inspire meaningful connections through reading and discussion. The goal is to combine the love of books, personal growth, and therapeutic readings into an accessible place for people to feel and do better. Led and hosted by a licensed mental health professionals. This Therapeutic Book Club is not a therapy group, but it can be a great compliment to therapy. If you are interested in actively building mental health and wellness, self-awareness, coping skills, and knowledge this group is for you!

Post-Partum Mom Support Group
Join us for a support group for new and experienced moms with babies under 2 years to build community, gain support and learn helpful information in a non-judgmental and loving environment. First time moms and experienced moms welcome and encouraged to attend. If your youngest baby is under 2 this group is for you!?

Are you experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety? Group counseling offers a sense of community. Healing Pathways clients find a sense of relief in realizing that they are not alone in facing similar life challenges, and there is comfort in knowing it’s safe to participate. Everything shared during group is confidential. What is said during group, stays within the group. Small groups of like-minded individuals can offer a helpful sounding board – especially when group members have the opportunity to share the tools, coping skills and resources that have helped them successfully overcome issues.
