Healing Path Workshop
This is an in-person workshop. Through this workshop you will gain a map of the healing process through anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and life injuries. You will discover how the brain, body, emotions, and more all work together both in symptoms but also in the healing process. You will experience compassion, gain some coping and calming skills, and be empowered with some directions for healing and growth. Workshop will be late summer. Sexual Trauma Restoration Group for Women
Sexual Trauma Restoration Group is for women who have experienced sexual betrayal, shame, or violation. This is an ONLINE group, which is best for those who have some grounding and are ready for restoration (not acute trauma). This group will incorporate spirituality, and is best for those who have some sense of spiritual belief in God/Higher Power, even if you are struggling with faith. We will start with strengthening & nature of trauma, then focus on the damage of sexual trauma & the process of restoration. Next group start: mid-January 2025.

Sexual Trauma Group, Teen Girls (ages 11-18)
A restorative group for teens who've experienced sexual Shame, Violation, Harm, Abuse, Powerlessness, or Betrayal. A safe and confidential place to explore and process the impact of trauma and journey toward healing. Learn coping skills, receive whole-person care, and discover restoration. This is a faith-affirming group from a sensitive (non-judgmental, ok with spiritual struggles) Christian perspective. Currently taking interest for the next group.
