Healing Mommas -8 Week Group for New Moms

This is a safe space for expecting/new moms to explore how their upbringing may influence their parenting and begin preparing for the journey of motherhood! We will reflect on your narrative, ways in which you'd like your child’s to be different/similar, how your thoughts influence your behavior and relationships, and practical tools you can use to continue your work beyond the group. If you're open to joining other moms to take a step towards intentional generational healing while laughing out loud, crying, and all the in-between, please join us! Group starting September 6.
