Healing in Nature Self-love for Women
Discover the healing benefits of being in nature and cultivating self-love while in a supportive environment. In this group, we walk along the Boise River for 30 minutes, do a guided meditation and then discuss various topics on self-care and self-love. Insurance is not accepted for this group. Cost is $30 per group.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction class
This is an 8 week class based on the program by Jon Kabot-Zinn designed to help learners increase a sense of non-judgmental mindful awareness. These skills can help reduce stress, improve memory, improve communication skills, increase resilience, and improve mood. Class starts Aug 5, 2024 and runs for 8 weeks (skipping Labor Day). Class starts at 5pm and goes for 1 hour.

Nature Therapy Paddling the Snake River
This is an all-inclusive day trip from Boise to Twin Falls. August 10, 2024. This is a flat water paddle, suitable for beginners, that will last 2 hours. This cost includes transportation, lunch, kayak, life jacket, paddle, snacks, and a sensory nature therapy experience. Tandem kayaks available for people who want to go together. We will meet at my office at 1005 E Park Blvd in Boise and carpool to Twin Falls' Centennial Park. Our group will paddle to the Perrine Bridge, enjoying the beauty and majesty of the Snake River Canyon. The paddle will be followed by lunch and then back to Boise.
