Healing in Conversation and Community

**Our group is taking a break over the holidays, we will start up again on Thursdays between 5:30-7pm beginning January 8th, 2026** Group therapy is more affordable and is shown to be as effective as individual therapy. In our group we will form a "healing matrix" where joining with others will help to restore a sense of trust in the world and counter feelings of alienation and isolation, helping to heal interpersonal relationships. Pain and difficulties that were a result of past unhealthy relationships can be healed through forming healthy, authentic relationships with others in a safe environment.
