Healing From Trauma Adult’s Therapeutic Group

Welcome! Starting February 13, 2026, this group provides a gentle, empowering space for those with trauma to have healing experiences as they are navigating their therapy journey. This eight-week group focuses on emotional regulation, interpersonal safety, boundaries, anxiety and healthy attachment. Members learn to gently bring awareness to and work through interpersonal anxieties and emotional dysregulation in a supportive environment. Our facilitators specialize in trauma, with training in EMDR and through the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. Most insurances accepted.
