Healing from Toxic Relationships

In this group we will be talking about our experiences with toxic relationships, the red Flags we ignored, and the things that kept us stuck. We will also learn about the cycle of abuse, trauma-bonding, and tools to create better boundaries and increase self-esteem. I am hoping this place will serve as a space of safety and understanding that can help us grow and thrive.
