Healing Childhood Wounds Group (Virtual)

This reparenting group is for adults who have begun their healing journey in therapy but still feel the emotional aftershocks of growing up in dysfunctional or emotionally neglectful families. Whether you were ignored, controlled, parentified, criticized, or emotionally abandoned, these early wounds often become the root of low self-worth, shame, and disconnection from the self. We will use inner child work, self-compassion practices, and elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore your early experiences, nurture the parts of you that still carry pain, and begin to reparent yourself with the safety and validation you may not have received as a child.
