Healing Chapters is a virtual therapeutic book club in which participants read sections of the chosen book for weekly discussion and exploration of therapeutic concepts, (ie relationships, anxiety, depression, self-worth, etc.). Weekly 80-min virtual book club discussions are facilitated by a licensed clinician and the literature questions are designed to promote peer interactions as well as self reflection and person growth via psycho/social/emotional work (CBT/DBT & other therapy approaches) Sessions meet virtually every Friday from Jan. 16th-February 6th, 2026 6:00pm-7:20pm (4 sessions @ $20 each).
