Healing After Pain: Adult Support Group

This group is currently taking new members and is meeting virtually via zoom. Members may be from any PsyPACT state. The group is a healing support space is for adults who have experienced interpersonal pain, betrayal, and/or trauma during their lives. As I facilitate these groups, my aim is to assist individuals in dismantling barriers, enabling others to perceive them authentically, with all their vulnerabilities and imperfections, and experience a profound sense of love and support. Through this process, participants find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone.
