90-minute, bi-weekly support group (8 sessions total) for adults navigating the journey of grief facilitated by Tanyka Abbott, LCSW. In a safe community, attendees explore various aspects of grief, engage in meaningful discussion, develop coping strategies to work through their emotions, & enhance emotional resilience. $30 Registration is required.
