Harmony and Balance

I'd like to invite you to join me and other participants as we create together a laboratory of a short term 9-week group for men and women interested in finding harmony and balance within and without. During these 9 weeks we will be using an alchemy of deep connection with ourselves, each other, and the elements as we look through the lens of ancient stories and myths and participate in experiential exercises, sound baths and ritual as we become more awake to who we truly are.
