Based on the Gottman method, attendees will learn strategies for success in communication, demonstrating empathy, listening, sharing feelings and recovering from disagreements. Issues addressed include forgiveness, quality time, juggling obligations, role conflicts or expectations and so much more! Next educational group for couples beginning in June! Dr. Mitcham is a Level 3 Gottman trained couples therapist, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and has over 20 years teaching counseling.

This 3-week Intensive group is focused on empowerment, resilience and confidence. Show up for you! Finding your voice....Dealing with Infidelity and Betrayal Trauma? Adjusting to Divorce and being solo? This is a three week intensive group to understand and deal with Betrayal Trauma and learning the Empowerment tools to find your voice, deal with the pain and moving on....$100 per week or pay for the entire program for $250. Each week will include 1.5 hours with Dr. Mitcham, a Gottman Level 3 therapist and professor.
