We will help you realize your inherent strengths; such as, encouraging parents to feel competent in their parenting strategies; guiding children and teens to respect and understand their parents’ values and expectations; bridging gaps in communication between couples and family members; and challenging you or your child to take new, manageable risks in your life. We will develop a treatment plan with you to focus on your specific needs, utilizing psychodynamic, strategic family therapy, collaborative problem solving, experiential, and cognitive behavioral strategies.
