Guilt & Belonging: Asian-American Therapy Group
Are you a childhood trauma survivor or have challenging relationships with parents or family members? Did you feel responsible for others' feelings growing up? Are you considering setting boundaries with parents/family members, or have already set boundaries, but you feel guilty, or worry about being seen as “selfish,” or “unasian?” This group is a safe space for you to share about your feelings and experiences with others who may be experiencing similar challenges. We will explore what it means to be Asian-American and feeling conflicted about these questions, and what it means to belong.

Deepen Your Relationships: Expressive Arts Group
This relationship-focused group will invite you to discover more about yourself in relation to others through expressive arts activities, experiential exercises, and mutual sharing and relating to other group members. We will be exploring group and 1-1 connection through improv games, movement activities, visual arts and collective creativity to help deepen the exploration process. You will be invited to self-reflect, to practice empathic listening skills, and to develop your capacity to share & relate on a deeper level. You do not need to have any experience with the arts in order to participate.
