Guided Grief Program

A six-week therapist-led grief program for adults navigating the loss of a loved one or other meaningful life loss. Through guided reflection, psychoeducation, practical coping skills, and supportive discussion, participants will gain a deeper understanding of grief while learning healthy ways to cope, honor their loss, and move forward at their own pace. No matter where you are in your grief journey, you are welcome.
