Therapy is grounded in somatic bodywork and polyvagal-informed care, helping clients better understand their nervous system, strengthen self-trust, and move toward meaningful, lasting healing. The practice is welcoming to all, with specialized support for LGBTQ+ clients, kink-aware therapy, and polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
