Group Therapy for Mental Wellness!

Welcome all adults with a mental health diagnosis! Please call first for a screening to determine appropriateness of fit for this group. The purpose of this psychotherapeutic group is to promote mental wellness in a warm and therapeutic environment. Are you looking to improve quality of life, improve relationships, enhance social skills and intimacy, or decrease loneliness and isolation? Or maybe you want to learn to deal with losses more effectively, diminish feelings of helplessness, or enhance self-esteem? Group therapy is a means to recovery through healing interactions with other group members and self-reflection.
