Single mama support: Navigating life as a solo mom
As a single mom by choice and clinician who has supported single parents for over 20 years, I appreciate the joys and challenges of being a solo parent. This virtual group will focus on processing emotions that come with navigating solo parenting as well as teaching clients how to parent from a place of empowerment by learning basic cognitive behavioral therapy tools. This 4-week session will begin July 10-July 31. Please reach out with any questions!
