Group Psychotherapy - Thursdays
This in-person modern analytic group meets on Thursdays starting in August. Modern analytic group therapy places emphasis on here-and-now interpersonal processing with the goal of addressing old patterns of relating to one's self and others as they arise in the present. This type of therapy is effective for those who struggle with people pleasing, authenticity, perfectionism, social fears, feeling like an outsider, or who grew up in families where only a narrow range of emotional self-expression was possible.
