I organize groups once I have 4 or more people interested in the same group. Join for a relaxing, mental health–focused watercolor group designed to help you slow down, de-stress, and reconnect with yourself through creativity. We will meet every other Monday starting March 9 through July, from 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM, at 1005 N. 12th St. room 206 This is a supportive, welcoming space where no art experience is needed. Each session includes guided mindfulness practices and watercolor exploration to promote emotional wellness, self-expression, and stress relief.
