Group for Women Who Do Too Much

Sexism and economic inequality, access to equal opportunity, lack of respect for caregiving, and navigating career and motherhood, are some of the systemic problems women must deal with in our society. This group wants to offer a space for those women struggling to feel worthy, stay focused and productive, feeling overwhelmed by the constant bombarding from the media about their image, and for those craving more time to connect with other women. This group is a space to step back from the overload of daily life and remember to practice self-love and acceptance.
