Looking for a Supportive Community of Child-Free Women? Wondering How to Navigate the Feelings Surrounding Being Childless? This group will: Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for women to express their feelings; Address societal stigma and misconceptions surrounding childlessness; Promote self-care and mental well-being for women who are childless as a result of infertility or circumstance; Celebrate and validate the diverse paths to fulfillment and happiness. Prior screening and registration is required for this group. 8 Week Commitment; Closed to 5 Women, Cost: $500 for 8 Weeks, Payment Plans available. Guided workbook included in cost of group. Anxiety Support Group for Adults
Join the last 2 groups in 2025!! Come for relief, education, connection and comfort. The group is held one Sunday per month from 12-1 pm. It is an open group, meaning if there is space for a new participant, they are welcome to join. Participants must register prior to attending. What to expect: The facilitator of the group will provide a group theme and education on a topic that correlates with anxiety. For example, we may spend time talking about triggers of anxiety. Participants will learn tools for coping/self-soothing/grounding . Participants share as they feel comfortable.
