Group for Parents of Children with Autism
Are you a parent or caregiver of a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Asperger Syndrome? Is it hard to communicate with other parents because they do not understand what you are going through? Our virtual 8 week support group is for you. This group will provide a safe space for parents and caregivers to receive support and share concerns and experiences. During the group we will discuss responses to the diagnosis, our role as a parent, learn skills to improve interactions with our children, how to support our children, building a support network, and letting go of expectations.

But if you have difficulty managing your anger it can be damaging to your relationships, your career, and your health. In this group you will learn to identify your anger triggers, strategies to prevent anger in your personal and professional relationships, expressing anger in a way that leads to constructive conversations, and managing conflict in a productive way. Autism Support Group for Adults
New group starting soon! Being neurodiverse, you may often feel misunderstood. It can be hard to make friends and navigate relationships because social situations often make you feel anxious, and it can be hard to read social cues. People might misinterpret things you say or do. You might try to fit in, but are socially rejected at times. This may lead you to feel alone and isolated. This group will help you develop skills you can use to cope with stress and anxiety, relationships, sensory overload, and gain confidence and self-acceptance. Meets online for one hour a week for 9 sessions.
